Backerkit Surveys Closing Tomorrow
Surveys will close January 22nd and this will be the date cards are charged for any add-ons you choose.
You’ve been sent an email today with your unique link to your BackerKit survey for Split the Hoard to check all the details are correct, and give you a last chance to update any details.
Fulfilment
We're so excited to get these games into your hands! We plan on shipping games in April 2025.
Changing Address Between January and April?
You will be sent an address verification email from our US warehouse (Quartermaster Logistics) or our UK warehouse (Games Quest) prior to sending out your games. There will be a link in that email where you can update your address if you need to.
We will do an update here on Kickstarter letting you know exactly when the address verification emails will be sent, this will be sometime April.

Backerkit Surveys Going Live!
Soon you’ll receive an email from us with a unique link to your BackerKit survey for Split the Hoard.
The backerkit survey is for you to provide your delivery address. And you can also choose any extra games to add to you order if you wish.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. Surveys will close January 22nd 2025 and this will be the date cards are charged for any add-ons you choose.
Accessing Your Backerkit Account
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond.
Be sure to check your spam folder - and that it is the same email address you use for your Kickstarter account.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at splitthehoard.backerkit.com

Split the Hoard - manufacturing stage

A quick update to keep you all in the loop about Split the Hoard.
We've been doing updates to the main rulebook, and have Paul Grogan giving it the final look over next week for any last updates.
We are currently in the manufacturing stage of the project, getting all the print files prepared and checked before printing. We plan to ship to the warehouses and have the box sets leave Shanghai well before the Spring Festival at the end of January.
Next month, in December, we should have a sample copy of the game to show you. So hopefully a more exciting update then!
I’ll keep you updated every step of the way with manufacturing, and shipping etc. We will keep you updated here on the Kickstarter page with updates and in the comments.

Below is the complete fulfilment plan for the project. Please note these dates are subject to change, but this is our plan to get you your rewards!
Backerkit Surveys
- November 2024: Backerkit surveys go live. Choose any extra add-ons and give us your address.
- December 2024: Backerkit surveys will be closed. You'll need to complete your survey, we'll do an update for the specific date here on Kickstarter and give you a 48 hours warning via backerkit.
Printing

December 2024: The order is finalised with the manufacturer and printing begins.

February 2025: Books are shipped from factory to warehouses.
Shipping From Warehouse To Your House!

March 2025: Games are packed and organised at the warehouses

April 2025: Games leave the warehouses and start to arrive at backers homes!
